    The diaphragm compressor is driven by a motor, which rotates the crankshaft through a pulley, and then drives the piston in the oil cylinder to make reciprocating linear motion through a connecting rod, pushing the oil and causing the diaphragm to vibrate back and forth. Under the control of the intake and exhaust valves, each vibration of the diaphragm completes one intake and exhaust process. During the operation of the membrane press, a small amount of oil in the oil cylinder leaks into the oil tank through the gap between the piston ring, cylinder wall, and ring groove. In order to compensate for this amount of oil, so that the diaphragm can tightly adhere to the cylinder head surface and discharge the compressed medium at the end of the compressor stroke, the compensating oil pump injects oil into the cylinder during the suction process of the diaphragm compressor. The amount of oil slightly exceeds the leakage amount, and the excess oil flows back to the crankcase through the pressure regulating valve that controls the oil pressure at the end of the compressor stroke.

     

    Due to the diaphragm completely separating the cylinder from the oil cylinder, the compressed medium does not come into contact with the oil, thus avoiding oil contamination and ensuring the purity of the compressed medium. The cylinder is composed of a cylinder head surface and a diaphragm, and is a closed cavity, therefore it has good sealing performance.

     

    Diaphragm compressor is a special structure reciprocating compressor with high compression ratio, good sealing performance, and the compressed gas is not contaminated by lubricating oil and other solid impurities. It is suitable for compressing high-purity, rare and valuable, flammable and explosive, toxic and harmful, corrosive and high-pressure gases.
